 岗位职责:负责单店整体运营,包括成本、营销、品质管理等。任职资格:1、年龄26-45岁,性别不限,同意至少一个区域工作地点外派;2、工作经验要求(满足以下几点其中之一即可):A、2年以上星级酒店工作经验+1年以上连锁型酒店店长工作经验;B、2年以上经济、中端连锁型酒店店长工作经验(华住、如家、锦江之星、亚朵优先考虑);C、1年以上挂牌四星级以上酒店总经理工作经验;(必须是挂牌四星级以上酒店)D、销售出身的单体酒店2年以上总经理工作经验;(单体酒店指除挂牌四星级以上酒店以外的其他酒店)E、格林、易佰、布丁、99等低端连锁品牌城区总以上岗位人员。此岗位为外派岗位,区域外派亦可,全国外派优先考虑。
