主要工作:1.建立制度。负责制订集团内部审计规章制度和工作程序,以及集团内部审计工作制度,负责编制年度审计工作计划。2.审计计划。负责审计计划和项目的实施和推进,负责审计报告的编制。不定期进行检查和内部审计监督。3.参加各项常规审计工作的实施,并具体负责对所涉及审计项目按规范要求编制审计工作底稿;按规定程序和方法收集、鉴定和整理审计证据。4.审计报告。负责对所涉及审计项目实施必要的审计程序,做到独立、客观、公正,规范审计底稿,撰写内部审计报告初稿或交换意见稿,并征求被审计对象的意见。5.内控审计。审查为完成经营目标而订制的政策、计划、程序和规定等所组成的内部控制系统是否得到有效遵守和执行。6.财务审计。负责对集团本部和所属企业的财务收支及有关经济活动等进行审计监督。7.经济责任审计。对全资、控股子公司以及投资项目的经济目标、经营责任以及经济效益进行审计。8.离任审计。根据集团公司的安排,负责开展离任交接经济责任审计。9.负责有关审计资料的收集、整理、立卷、归档工作,按规定保守秘密和保护当事人合法权益。10.经集团领导批准,公示有关审计结果,通报、责令改正审计发现的问题;负责开展后续审计,监督、检查被审计对象采取的整改措施及效果,并向上级领导报告后续审计结果。11.完成领导交办的其他工作。主要职责:1.按权限对公司发展目标、年度经营目标、经营计划、预算的顺利实施负监督检查责任。2.按权限对公司内控制度、流程和有效实施负监督检查责任。3.对审计程序执行的规范性、审计底稿编制的合规性、审计意见公允性、审计报告的真实、准确、合理、合规性负责。4.对自身工作失职、给企业造成损失,应负相应的经济责任和行政责任。5.受理违反公司有关规定行为的检举责任。6.对上级领导交办的任何工作完成的结果和效果负责。主要权力:1.有对公司各项经济活动的真实性、合法性、效益性检查的权力。2.有对违反公司规定、决议的行为进行监察的权力。3.对廉政建设和反腐工作的监督实施权力。4.有行使上级领导赋予的其他权利。
