THE ROLE
•Developing and executing sales strategies, supported by Marketing plans across all market segments.
•Support ALL loyalty program, the recruitment of Accor plus members.
•Identify new opportunities for each source of revenue.
•Stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of our programs through regular involvement with key accounts.
THE MUST HAVES
•Prior experience in a leadership role in an international luxury hotel or resort.
•Good knowledge of online channels and online marketing.
•MICE Sales experience preferred.
•Highly organized, with a drive to achieve targets.
•Strong motivating, organizational, training and negotiation abilities. •Open and outgoing personality and natural ability to interact with clients.
•Language skills: English and Mandarin Chinese.
