    工作职责: 1、确保每日收入报表与NGPMS /财务系统帐表平衡,核对并使之与实际一致 2、审核酒店所有折扣和各项杂费,确保均符合酒店现行政策与程序;对于违规行为及时发现,及时解决。 3、确保执行中房价、餐饮及其他销售均得到酒店管理层的有效批准。 4、审核客房取消、预订未达等收费项目,确保符合现行的政策与执行。 5、审核前台押金退现流程符合酒店现行政策。 6、如现金收入总数与实际收入有差别,核实每位收银员的长、短款情况并跟进解决。 7、制定酒店各项票据的运作流程,确保有效控制酒店各项有价票据的发放、使用、核销过程。 8、作为店内信用控制,每天检查“信用检查或信用额度”报告,以确定信用限度和后续的收款安排。在“信用额度”报告中记录应采取什么样的措施来确认客人偿还透支的能力。 9、监控和追讨过期未付款项。通过结构化的形式监控和追讨过期未付款项。 10、有效管理控制NGPMS系统中的预收押金账户,确保无呆滞账目。 11、每天检查挂账,确保正确将费用入账并在必要的地方采取正确的行动。 12、准备月末分析(应收账款分析)管理报告,为信用会议提供文件。 13、完成财务总监临时安排的其他工作。 任职资格: 1、具备同岗位工作经验至少一年以上,熟悉酒店行业财务运作模式及流程优先; 2、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件(Excel、PPT等),具备较强的数据分析能力; 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力,能够独立处理复杂财务问题; 4、责任心强,工作细致严谨,具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作精神; 5、优秀的沟通与协调能力,能够与各部门高效配合,推动财务相关工作的落实; 6、对数字敏感,具备较强的风险意识及合规意识。 7、有洲际集团工作经验者优先考虑。
