Duties:
1.Responsible for researching revenue opportunities as well as providing relevant market research reports necessary for the proper evaluation of market performance both on terms of business type or segment contributions to total business.
2.Responsible for all reports necessary in preparation for the Revenue Meeting and the determining of the Revenue Strategy for the hotel.
3.Have a clear understanding on each distribution channels and distribution strategies across multiple channels,including OTAs, direct booking websites, travel agencies, and corporate accounts etc.
4.Monitor price parity and promotional activities across channels to maximize revenue.
5.Prepare and update daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for Sales and Marketing and Revenue Management.
6.Assist in the preparation of the quarterly/yearly update of the Marketing Plan.Resolve channel-related issues (e.g.,price discrepancies) to uphold brand reputation and guest satisfaction.
7.Know market trends and competitor distribution strategies to support the supervisor to adapt the hotel’s channel approach proactively.
Requirements:
1.A minimum of 3 years' experience in a international chain hotel reservations/distribution position or in channel operations, with familiarity of global/local OTA practices.
2.Interested on the analysis of trends,system buildings and revenue management.
3.Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality management,Marketing,Ecommerce or related fields.
4.Proficient in channel management tools and data analysis tools.
5.Have innovation and creative mind set.
6.Good cross - departmental collaboration and communication skills.
7.Resilient under pressure, adaptable to fast - paced environments,and capable of multitasking.
8.Fluent written and spoken English (minimum CET - 4 or equivalent).
