BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
The Recruitment Manager is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the company’s recruiting plan.
根据公司的招聘计划,负责寻找合适的候选人以来满足公司用人需求。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Work with immediate supervisor to develop regional recruitment strategy and service delivery; direct talent sourcing and staffing processes;
与直接上级合作发展区域招聘策略和提供服务,执行人才招聘和相关事宜。
2. Manage talent resources, develop recruitment channels and set up GCH Employer Brand;
管理人才资源和发展招聘渠道,及GCH雇主品牌建设工作。
3. Maintain the exiting resume database updated of our property managers of Grade B and above;
维护现有的简历库,更新旗下酒店经理级以上B级别的职位。
4. Ensure that an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for resumes of all potential candidates;
确保有组织的,最新的存档系统,及时更新所有潜在候选者的简历。
5. Work closely with operations to define their needs and execute hiring plans;
与运营部门紧密合作,确定他们的需求并执行招聘计划。
6. Seek potential candidates of managers and above with international branded hotels experience;
寻找潜在的经理级以上的有国际酒店品牌经验候选人。
7. Direct development of recruitment materials including advertising campaigns, interview/selection tools, website content, contract drafting, etc.;
执行开展招聘中的各种方式,包括广告征选,面试的选择方式,网站内容,草拟合同等。
8. Provide competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey data;
提供具有竞争力的分析,市场衡量和调查数据。
9. GCH official WeChat account development;
负责微信公众号GCH人才与发展的推进。
10. Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment;
执行指派范围内的任务和职责
11. Team management.

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in hotel industry;
必须有学士学位或以上,在招聘方面有10年以上的工作经验,酒店行业优先。
2. Responsible self-starter, strong recruitment background with specific knowledge of Recruitment Processes, Recruitment Technology, Labor Market Trends and familiar with some key recruitment channels;
有责任心的,自我激励者,在招聘流程、招聘技巧、劳动力市场趋势方面有较强的背景和特殊的了解。并熟悉一些重要的招聘渠道。
3. Strong experience in recruitment management, interview and selection;
强大的招聘管理、面试、筛选经验。
4. Must conduct business at all times with the high standard of personal, professional and ethical conduct;
在任何时候都必须具有高标准的个人、专业、道德的行为准则。
5. Fluent English and Mandarin – written and spoken.
流利的中英文书面和口语表达。
