职位概括
Oversees the Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons'policies.
负责监督前台的运作并在酒店高层管理缺席的情况下要担负其责任。指导员工同时自己也将履行以下职责:迎接并为客人办理入住,为客人介绍房间设施,依照客人选择的方式收取押金。为客人办理退房手续,准备账单并向客人解释明细。通过准确地解读客人的所需所想来应对客人各种各样的要求,适当的加入个人的建议及关怀,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同时实现顾客满意最大化。
Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
当上级经理不在的时候,负责管理所有与酒店客人员工的安全、保密、赔偿等相关事宜。在紧急情况下能够准确及时的做出反应。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin. Foreign Language is desired.
具有优秀的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力,更希望具有多国语言能力。
3-5 years management experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
3-5年或以上在类似奢侈品牌酒店的管理经验。
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well under pressure.
优秀的人际交往和解决问题以及抗压能力。
