    JOB SUMMARY   Functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader. The position champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees. The Role of a Director of Rooms The Director of Rooms functions as thestrategic business leader of the property's Rooms department.     1、遵守财经纪律,严格执行企业会计制度,接受财务总监的领导。 2、以身作则,带领所属员工严格执行各项规章制度。 3、负责检查和督促会计及时处理账务工作,做到日清月结。 4、督促所属会计严格按规定划分成本和费用,不乱摊成本,不乱挤费用,做到预提、摊销均有依据。 5、严格审核会计凭证的真实性、及时性,以及经济业务的合理性、合法性;做到对应科目关系清楚,凭证摘要简明扼要,数字准确,凭证记账及时。 6、负责会计报表的编制,保证各种报表数据准确,编报及时;根据酒店财务报表资料,填报各类统计报表上报相关机构、部门。 7、协助财务总监,提供每月财务分析所需的详细资料,做到呈报内容真实、全面,数字准确。 8、协助财务总监,编制月度、季度、年度财务预算,上报财务预算执行情况。 9、监督检查下属对账单及发票管理等规章制度的执行;不定期抽查出纳人员的备用金。 10、协助财务总监做好下属员工的业务培训、职业生涯设计以及绩效管理考核工作。 11、积极向财务总监提出合理化建议,协助财务总监开展工作,并及时完成财务总监临时交办的其他工作。
