BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
1. 对酒店进行收益管理及房态管理,收集分析市场信息,发现商业机会,协助制定价格策略。帮助酒店实现利润最大化。

2. 管理饭店预订团队,确保有效的处理所有预订,协助饭店增加利润。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. 了解市场动态,发现商业机会。
Understand market trends, identify business opportunities.
2. 分析市场趋势,做出市场预测。
Analyze market trends, make market forecasts.
3. 收集竞争对手数据及市场信息,为决策提供依据。
Collect competitive data and market information; provide the basis for the decision
4. 协助市场销售总监制定销售策略、价格策略、制定价格体系,做出收入预测。
Assist DOSM in developing sales and pricing strategies.
5. 组织开展收益管理等相关培训。
Organize related training in revenue management.
6. 协助市场销售总监配合集团及其他合作伙伴,结合酒店情况,推出并管理相关促销活动。
Cooperate with group and other partners to handle promotions.
7. 管理及维护所有预订渠道,预订渠道包括但不限于:集团预定中心,旅行社,第三方订房网站,酒店销售部等。
Manage all booking channels, including but not only limitation Group reservation center, Travel Agent,Online Agent and Hotel Sales.
8. 通过房态使用情况和价格管理帮助酒店实现利润目标。
Assist hotel to achieve profit target by controlling room status and pricetools.
9. 管理线上各渠道价格及产品
Manage prices and products across online channels.
10. 负责预订部的日常管理工作。
In charge daily work of reservation department.
1)严格要求部门员工的日常行为并帮助员工提高工作技能。
Discipline reservation agents’ daily works andassist them improve working skills.
2)通过有效的管理技巧鼓励员工和激发员工的工作积极性。
Encourage and work up employees’ enthusiasm byusing effective management skills.
3)安排员工班次,视情况安排员工加班及休假。
Arrange work shift, overtime and leave.
4)完善部门各项管理规章制度,制定培训大纲,定期开展员工培训。
Improve policy and procedure of department. Maketraining plan and conduct trainings.
11. 带领团队做好预订及相关工作。
Lead the team to complete reservation works.
1)熟悉处理房间预订的程序,确保有效的处理所有的预订。
Be familiar with room booking procedure and makesure hand all bookings.
2)根据预订情况更改现有预订并预测将来的预订情况。
Revise the current booking status to do forecast.
3)结合酒店运营情况控制房价,并在系统中更新。
Control room price and keep updating in system.
4)与预订人员及时沟通当前销售策略、促销活动及酒店其它活动。
Keep communication with reservation agentsregarding sales strategy, promotion and other hotel activities.
5)与相关部门沟通协调,保证预订工作顺利开展。
Keep good communication with other relateddepartments that ensure the working goes smoothly.
6) 协助掌握集团各酒店及竞争对手酒店预订情况。
Assist obtain information of sister hotels andcompetitor hotels.
7)带领团队积极配合销售人员完成销售指标。
To work together with sales to reach the target.
8)协助市场销售总监完成相关工作。
Assist DOSM related work.
12. 关注对客服务Focus on customer service.
1) 同客人建立良好的公共关系。Build up goodrelationship with guests.
2) 向客人提供最新最准确的信息。Provide updated and accurate information forguests.
3)不断的提高对客服务水平,确保赢得客人最大程度的满意。
Improveservice standard and ensure gain customers’ greatest satisfaction.
4)保持酒店的良好声誉并协助酒店实现利润最大化。
Maintain hotel goodreputation and assist hotel customize maximum profit.
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. 知识 Education Qualifications
1) 学历要求:大专及以上学历;
Academic requirement: colleague certificate andabove.
2) 专业要求:旅游/酒店管理等相关专业;
Major: hospitality orrelated.
3) 工作经验要求:三年以上高星级酒店相关工作经验。
Working experience: three year related working experience in high classhotels.
2. 技能 Skills
1) 专业技能要求:ProfessionalSkills
<1> 熟悉高星级酒店预订运作及管理模式。Befamiliar with reservation process and management model of high class hotel.
<2> 具备较强的数据分析,逻辑分析及判断能力。
Good ability of judging, making decision, innovating and dealing withemergency.
