    工作职责: o 团队领导与监督:  领导和监督餐饮团队,确保他们在保持餐饮门店的质量和效率标准的同时,提供卓越的客户服务。  管理员工排班、任务分配和绩效评估,确保在服务时间内顺利运营。 o 卓越的客户服务:  确保所有客人得到及时、礼貌和个性化的服务,处理特殊请求并及时解决客人的问题。  监控客人的满意度,收集反馈并实施改进措施,以提升用餐体验。 o 运营监督:  管理餐饮门店的日常运营,包括开档和关档程序、库存控制和现金处理,确保符合酒店政策。  与厨房人员协调,确保食品和饮料的及时准确交付,保持服务和质量的一致性。 o 培训与发展:  为餐饮团队提供持续的培训和发展,确保他们具备提供高质量服务的必要技能。  定期进行绩效评估,并提供反馈以提高员工的表现和客户互动。 o 库存与库存管理:  监督食品、饮料和用品的库存水平,确保库存及时补充,并且所有物品均得到有效存储和使用。  与供应商和采购部门紧密合作,管理订单、交付和成本控制措施。 o 问题解决与问题处理:  专业且高效地处理客人的投诉和运营挑战,确保所有问题都能令人满意地解决。  在问题影响客户体验之前,识别并主动处理潜在问题,确保服务顺畅。 o 合规与安全标准:  确保餐饮门店符合健康、安全和卫生标准,定期进行检查并立即处理任何问题。  遵守酒店有关现金处理、库存管理和服务交付的政策和程序。 任职资格: o 具备在餐饮或酒店行业担任主管或团队领导角色的相关经验。 o 具有出色的领导能力和团队管理技能,能够培训和激励员工。 o 具备卓越的沟通和人际交往能力,注重提供优质的客户服务。 o 了解餐饮运营、库存控制和健康安全标准。 o 精通英语;会其他语言者优先考虑。 o 能够灵活工作,包括夜班、周末和节假日。 o 熟悉销售点系统(POS)和基本财务报告。
