工作职责： 1. 依据国家食品安全相关法律法规和酒店制度，负责食品安全日常监管、培训等工作，涵盖原辅料采购、验收、加工制作、餐具消毒、食品储存及留样、环境清洁消毒，监督员工个人卫生状态等全过程合规性检查； 2. 负责客房卫生状况监督与质量巡查，依据国家《公共场所卫生管理条例》及行业标准开展定期检查与整改跟踪； 3. 监督采购收货流程执行情况，核查供应商资质、产品检验合格证明、标签标识及感官质量，确保进货环节符合食品安全与卫生管理要求； 4. 建立并维护食品安全与公共卫生相关检查记录，及时发现风险隐患并推动闭环整改； 5. 配合内外部审核、监督检查，参与相关培训实施与标准宣贯。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，食品科学与工程、酒店管理、公共卫生、生物技术或相关专业优先； 2. 具备2年及以上食品安全管理、酒店质检、公共卫生监管或相关领域工作经验； 3. 熟悉《食品安全法》《公共场所卫生管理条例》《GB 37488－2019 公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》等法规标准； 4. 具备基本的现场检查能力、问题识别能力及跨部门沟通协调能力； 5. 责任心强，原则性强，能坚持标准、客观记录、如实反馈。

1. 监督竞争对手的活动并协助监察市场动态。 2. 在洲际酒店集团的范围内将销售线索提供给适合的人员。 3. 根据在销售策略中既定目标，向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进  行销售，并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取最大的利润。 4. 通过客户管理，向现有的客户提供服务。 5. 销售酒店的所有设施。 6. 管理公司总部档案和了解公司优先使用的酒店记录。 7. 设立和保持定期的销售拜访模式，与目标市场的主要人物会面。 8. 指导和进行市场调研和分析。 9. 根据酒店的营业需要，与业务联系人、会务策划者、游客和会展局、旅行社、旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。
