Base:广州/深圳 岗位职责 1.对MICE客户进行开发，完成公司交给的销售指标； 2.负责客户关系拓展及长期客户维护，并建立客户档案； 3.完善MICE销售部工作程序和标准，制定合理的与客户对接的操作流程； 4.负责市场的数据分析、市场调研、竞争情报，并定期进行客户分析，创新销售策略； 5.上级交付的其它工作任务。 任职要求： 1.大专及以上学历，市场营销、会展、旅游相关专业优先； 2.有接待珠三角商务公司，企业团建，会议活动工作经验的； 3.三年以上MICE相关工作经验，会议会展、公关活动、酒店、旅游等行业相关从业经验优先； 4.了解行业市场动态，具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力； 5.出色的客户沟通引导能力、谈判能力和资源整合能力。
