1.接收楼层经理分配的工作， 2.负责楼层员工的工作分配和员工仪容仪表的检查， 3.按照酒店标准布置VIP房间和其它客房， 4.检查楼层所有的公共区域的卫生并保持干净整洁， 5.对于客房区域任何需要维修的地方及时报修，随后跟进维修状况并安排清洁，尽快将打扫好的房间放出，以便前台售房。
