岗位职责 在销售总监的指导下，通过有效的销售活动使负责的市场板块收入最大化。 1. 依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动； 2. 积极地参与完成部门销售任务，为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献； 3. 对于酒店在市场的定位提出客观的意见； 4. 每日完成酒店系统中的日常销售拜访记录，每月完成销售拓展报告和销售业绩的报告； 5. 紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量，以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意； 6. 通过销售拜访推动销售，开发新的协议公司及收入产量，确保品牌知名度； 7. 与相关部门保持良好的沟通，并及时解决客户提出的合理要求及困难； 8. 向上级汇报市场信息，包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等； 9. 负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划； 10. 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职要求 1. 大专及以上学历； 2. 有高星级酒店销售经验； 3. 具有良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力； 4. 了解本地客户的情况并具有一定的市场分析能力； 5. 拥有较强团队合作精神。
