【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、向部门领导报告发现的安全问题。 3、对酒店员工和保安部员工进行消防安全培训。 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态。 【岗位要求】 1、按照要求对饭店区域的巡视与消防检查。 2、在饭店区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患。 3、对饭店备用钥匙的管理，执行酒店钥匙管理的规定。 4、执行部门对外来访客及施工人员的管理政策。 5、与工程部和供应商积极的协调，使中控设备处于良好的状态。 6、对来店的重要宾客的安全保卫。 7、建立和管理保安部内部消防档案。 8、对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报保安部经理。

Responsiblefor exhibition book display and sales related matters, providing suggestionsfor the printing quantity of new books and reprinting of books, and masteringthe situation of shipment, payment collection, and return. 负责展会图书展示、销售的相关事宜，对新书的印刷数量和图书的重印提出建议，掌握发货、回款、退货情况。 3. Cooperate with relevant departments to carry out market development andproduct promotion work in the region, and understand the market information ofrelevant topics. 配合相关部门做好本区域市场开发和产品推广工作,了解相关选题的市场信息。 4. Responsiblefor guest management, serving guests, strengthening channel loyalty and salescapabilities, and avoiding market risks. 负责客户管理，为客户服务，加强渠道忠诚度和销售能力，避免市场风险。 5. Establish yourown regional ledger and guest inventory tracking table, and calculate the salesquantity of each variety region. 建立自己的区域台账和客户库存跟进表，统计各个品种区域销售数量。 6. Attends meetingsand training as required by supervisors. 在督导下参加会议和培训。 7. Interacts withguests actively soliciting feedback. 积极与客人互动并征求反馈意见。 8.
