开发制定、执行、并监督酒店的销售策略(目标,战略和行动),从而达到并超越预算的房间收入、餐饮收入以及其他产生利润部门收入的指标。
To develop, implement, maximise, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments.

To ensure Sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

Be fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel's marketing and sales department, formulate and implement the annual sales strategy and marketing promotion plan, and ensure the achievement of the hotel's revenue targets.
分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态,制定有效的销售策略,提升酒店市场份额及品牌影响力;
Analyze market trends and the dynamics of competitors, formulate effective sales strategies, and enhance the hotel's market share and brand influence.
带领销售团队开发并维护高端客户资源,包括企业客户、旅行社、会议团队等,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
Lead the sales team to develop and maintain high-end customer resources, including corporate clients, travel agencies, conference groups, etc., and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
统筹管理酒店线上及线下营销渠道,优化价格体系,提高客房及宴会收入;
Overall manage the online and offline marketing channels of the hotel, optimize the pricing system, and increase the revenue from guest rooms and banquets.
监督市场活动的策划与执行,包括品牌推广、促销活动及公关事件,提升酒店市场曝光度;
Supervise the planning and execution of marketing activities, including brand promotion, promotional events and public relations events, to enhance the hotel's market visibility.
定期提交销售数据分析报告,评估销售业绩并提出改进方案;
Regularly submit sales data analysis reports, evaluate sales performance and propose improvement plans.
协调与其他部门(如前厅、餐饮、财务等)的协作,确保销售政策的有效落地。
Coordinate with other departments (such as the front office, catering, finance, etc.) to ensure the effective implementation of sales policies.
负责准备和更新部门营运守则。
To oversee the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
安排日常部门沟通会议,确保部门会议的有效性而必要性。
To conduct regular departmental communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
检查销售文件存档系统,确保正确的预定流程,包括团队以及会议的历史记录、合同合约、房间预留分析、信用和支付凭证文件等等。
To review sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programme history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment documents, etc.
【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先;
2、5年以上酒店行业销售管理经验,3年以上同岗位工作经验,熟悉高端酒店市场运作模式;
3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力及数据分析能力,能独立制定销售策略并推动执行;
4、出色的团队领导能力,能够激励并管理销售团队达成业绩目标;
5、优秀的客户关系管理能力,拥有丰富的商务谈判及大客户资源;
