Job Description:
1.Arrive on time, report directly to the ADOFB, and accept tasks assigned by the ADOFB.

2.Responsible for restaurant cashiering and ushering, with basic computer skills.
2.负责餐厅收银及领位的工作,会电脑基础操作。
3.Establish and maintain positive relationships with all hotel guests, and strive to anticipate guest needs in order to meet and exceed them.
3.与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系,努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。
4.Introduce and sell seasonal products in the restaurant.

5.Working experience in Chinese restaurant, positive and optimistic, good at communicating with guests.

6.Shift-shift is required (specifically adjusted according to operation)

1.Review the daily receiving report for all materials.
查看酒店所有物资的每日收货报告。
2.Review the daily store requisition for all materials.
查看酒店所有物资的每日领料单。
3.Verify the purchase department is performing their duties according to hotel procedures.
查证并确保采购部门是否依据酒店规章履行其职责。
4.Compute daily requisition and material transferred between the kitchen, Restaurant and bars, and then computes the food and beverage cost for kitchen, restaurant and bar, separately. Also prepare the Daily /Weekly Food & Beverage Cost Report.
核算厨房、餐厅及酒吧的每日库存需求及在三个部门间流动的物资状况,并分别核算三个部门食品及酒水花销及准备每日/每周餐饮花销报告。
5.Supervise the monthly physical inventory taking for the food, beverage, and general supplies and engineering materials and compute the inventory amounts for the physical inventory list.
监督食品、酒水及一般性物品和工程材料的月度实际库存并为月度库存清单核算库存金额。
This position is concerned with the efficient and professional serviceof food and beverages, while ensuring guests receive optimum service inaccordance with the standards, policies and procedures of this hotel and HiltonInternational.

6. To take telephone calls, take reservations and page guests.
接听餐厅的电话,并且正确的接受客人的预订。
7. Reconfirm all reservations of the respective day.
在每天餐段之前与客人进行预订的确认。
8. Check reservation with “in house guest list” and “VIP list”.
做好住店客人和贵宾客人的预订。
