1.随时向预订部经理和/或领班报告部门内所有工作内容及进展。
To ensure the Reservations Manager and/or Team Leader are kept informed of all developments within the department.
2.确保24小时内及时回复所有信件,传真及电子邮件。
To ensure all correspondences, faxes and electronic mail to be promptly replied within 24 hours.
3.确保所有团队和会议客房名单及时准确的输入系统,根据团队协议取消所有未确认房间在系统中的占房。
To ensure all Group / Conventions rooming list are entered promptly and accurately, releasing any unused rooms back to Hotel’s room inventory according to group agreements.
4.如发现满房或超预订,需及时报告预订部经理或领班。
To alert Reservations Manager or Team Leader on any oversold period.
5.检查每日预抵客人预订,确保所有信息输入完整准确。
To check daily arrivals to ensure all reservations entries are complete and accurate

Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
Responsible for allactivities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out,rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them withinquiries.

-Experience in the FD Agent position for over 2 year will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase,etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.
主动协助客人提重包裹、拿衣服、提手提箱等,向客人提供礼貌和迅速的协助。
2. Maintain a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest.
保持令人愉悦的态度并专心接待每位到来的客人。
3. Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
在与行李相关的问题上,遵守客人入住和退房工作程序。
4. Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
为来店和离店的客人开关汽车及出租车门。
5. Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services.
向客人提供关于酒店的设施和服务的信息。

1. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
中英文听说读写良好;
2. Minimun 1 year international hotel work experience in same position;
1年以上国际品牌酒店前台工作经验;
3. Opera operation experience is preferred.
熟悉Opera操作系统者优先考虑。
