To assist the Managers in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.

Assists to organize and attends the recruitment activities in job markets or via medias.

Ensures timely preparation and arrangement for interview, selection, and recruitment.

Assist to trace the completion of the new employee for the program.

Job Requested:

Min.4 years related experience in international hotels.
4年以上国际酒店相关工作经验。
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
熟练运用微软办公软件。
Good Communication and writing skills.
良好的沟通及写作技巧。
Responsible and positive attitude, can work under pressure and with team work spirit.
认真负责,能承受工作压力并保持积极的工作态度与团队精神。
Good English speaking and writing skill.
良好的英文沟通与书写能力。
和客户建立双赢的合作关系,积极的解决问题,建议新人和减少潜在问题
Fulfills targets set for, telemarketing, site inspection, telesales calls to in-house guests, ENT as set by ADOSM
独立完成ADOSM分配的目标,接听电话,接待考察,电话拜访在店客人和ENT流程
Grow existing accounts, keep top ranking with each key account.
深入发展已合作客户,保持在每个大客户的优先排名
Develop new accounts and follow the new trend of market for assigned regions as set by ADOSM
开发ADOSM分配区域之内的潜在客户,跟上市场的最新趋势
Clearly communicate customer and sales commitments to operational departments on a timely accurate and well documented basis
清晰积极有效的的和客户及酒店其他部门沟通,建立档案存档
Achieve/ exceed the room revenue goal as set by ADOSM
完成并超额完成ADOSM设立的客房收入目标
