1、Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in formulating the hotel's overall sales strategies and marketing plans to drive achievement of performance targets.
协助市场销售总监(DOSM)制定酒店整体销售策略与市场计划,推动业绩目标达成。
2、Oversee key customer segments (e.g., corporate clients, travel agencies), maintain important partnerships, and expand new business.
分管核心客户群体(如商务客户、旅行社等),维护重要合作关系并拓展新业务。
3、Supervise the daily work of the sales team, guide subordinates to meet sales quotas, and enhance the team's professional capabilities.
监督销售团队日常工作,指导下属完成销售指标,提升团队专业能力。
4、Participate in formulating hotel pricing strategies, adjust sales plans based on market dynamics, and optimize revenue structure.
参与酒店定价策略制定,结合市场动态调整销售方案,优化收益结构。
5、Coordinate large-scale marketing activities and exhibition participation to enhance hotel brand exposure and market influence.
统筹大型营销活动及展会参与,提升酒店品牌曝光与市场影响力。
6、Analyze sales data and market trends, and regularly submit performance reports and improvement suggestions.
分析销售数据与市场趋势,定期提交业绩报告及改进建议。
7、Coordinate collaboration with front office, housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure superior customer service experience.
协调与前厅、客房、餐饮等部门的联动,保障客户服务体验。
8、Act on behalf of DOSM in their absence to ensure the normal operation of sales work.

We are looking someone who:

1、Junior college degree or above; majors in marketing, hotel management or related fields are preferred.
专科及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2、At least 5 years of hotel sales experience, including no less than 2 years in a managerial role, familiar with high-end hotel operation models.
5年以上酒店销售经验,其中至少2年管理岗位经验,熟悉高端酒店运营模式。
3、Possess rich customer resources and market development capabilities, with successful sales performance cases.
具备丰富的客户资源与市场开拓能力,有成功的销售业绩案例。
4、Proficient in sales strategy formulation, team management and revenue analysis, familiar with OTA and offline sales channels.
精通销售策略制定、团队管理及收益分析,熟悉 OTA 及线下销售渠道。
5、Excellent negotiation skills and stress tolerance, able to adapt to frequent business trips and high-intensity work.
优秀的谈判技巧与抗压能力,能适应频繁出差及高强度工作。
6、Strategic thinking, capable of accurately grasping market dynamics and formulating response plans.
具备战略思维,能精准把握市场动态并制定应对方案。
7、Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
英语听说读写流利。
8、Demonstrated excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration spirit.
