l 保持良好的仪容仪表及行为规范;
l 保持餐厅卫生清洁;
l 做好餐前准备工作,确保桌布无褶皱、破损,确保餐具及杯具干净,并按照标准摆放,确保摆台整齐,桌面物品齐全;
l 餐中按照标准热情礼貌的接待客人、送别客人;
l 餐后询问客人用餐情况,并及时反馈给服务经理,引导客人至前台买单;
l 确保负责的区域客人有良好的用餐体验,提高服务质量,通过细节服务超出体验,无客人投诉;
l 客人离开后清理桌面并按照标准恢复摆台;
任职资格:
l 两至三年餐饮经验/四/五星级酒店或高标准的社会餐饮经验;
l 基础的英文掌握能力(口语和书写);
l 必要的餐饮相关专业知识;
l 具有团队合作精神;
l 具有良好的沟通和销售技巧;
l 热爱服务行业,热情、礼貌,愿意帮助同事和客人。
