职位概括
Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
迎接并为客人办理入住,为客人介绍房间设施,依照客人选择的方式收取押金。为客人办理退房时应及时提供帐单并对客人不明白的帐务做合理说明. 通过准确地解读客人的所需所想来应对客人各种各样的要求,适当的加入个人的建议及关怀,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同时实现顾客满意最大化。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求
Holds diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
酒店管理或相关领域大学文凭优先考虑。
Good skills of the English.
英文沟通能力好。
Candidates with relevant experience in front office will be preferred.

Pre-qualifies andtargets prospects, utilising Fidelio/Delphi database and develops appropriateand effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.

Ensures a high levelof exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contactand written communications.
