Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

2.Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.

3. Provide guests with warm and thoughtful service and the interaction with the guest polite.

4.Timely communication and exchange with the guest and the opinion and the problems timely, accurate feedback to superiors.

1. Responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts within specific segments, markets or geographical territories on behalf of one or more hotels.
代表一家或多家酒店负责确立、发展及管理不同区域、市场及地域的客户。
2. Maintains or increases current account production for group, transient and catering business.
维持及增长客户团体、散客及宴会的产量
3. Manager larger accounts or special markets.
管理重大客户或指定市场。
