MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The RestaurantSupervisor ensures efficient delivery of service to the guest according topre-determined standards and specification. This role provides operationalsupport to the outlet manager and coordinates all service delivery details withthe outlet manager
餐厅主管确保根据标准及规则給客人提供高效率的服务。主要职责将餐厅的运作情况及服务细节报告于餐厅经理。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College degree or above
大专以上学历
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Work experience in a similar position in a five Star Hotel for 1-2years. Technical course in F&B management.
1-2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。

• Demonstrated a good understanding of beverage production.
对酒水产品知识的充分了解。
• Knowledge of MS office software.
能够使用日常的办公室软件。
• Demonstrated basic communication skills in English and excellentcommunication skills in Mandarin.
具备基本的英语和优秀的普通话表达能力
• A clean criminal record is a-must.

To supervise the other guest service and the Front Desk attendants. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
监督其它宾客服务部及前台员工的工作。保证他们遵循酒店的规章制度,服务程序及标准并致力于提高所有客人的满意度。确保以上工作区域的员工能始终保持专业的态度。负责所有宾客关系员工的雇用,培训和发展事宜,使他们成为热情的,友好的和以客人为宗旨的员工。
