掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识

必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力

良好的电脑技能,至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件

2年及以上销售与市场推广方面的经验, 包括在国际连锁酒店的管理经验并有最少1年及以上的销售经理经历

To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlet, to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
协助确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略,适当执行酒店规章。
Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
监督部门营运手册的准备和更新的工作。
Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
定期主持召开部门沟通会并确保分部门例会和会议确实有效且在必要时进行指导。
Conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
