职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.根据酒店年度战略目标,建立及完成人力资源部相应年度目标计划。
Based on the hotel's annual strategic goals, establish and complete the corresponding annual target plan of the Human Resources Department.
2. 根据不同的生意状况,优化管理人力资本资源和运作。
Optimize the management of human capital resources and operations based on different business conditions.
3.确保部门活动符合集团品牌标准及人力资源部的统一方针,酒店的活动得到合理的执行。
Ensure that departmental activities comply with the group's brand standards and the unified policies of the Human Resources Department, and that the hotel's activities are carried out reasonably.
4.建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序的合规合法性。
Establish, maintain and ensure the compliance and legality of the implementation of all Human Resources Department policies and procedures.
5.协助管理层制定并完善相应酒店管理政策,并做好宣传、培训、沟通以及落实。
Assist the management in formulating and improving corresponding hotel management policies, and do a good job in publicity, training, communication and implementation.
6.通过高效和合理的管理,为酒店的财务目标做出贡献。
Contribute to the hotel's financial goals through efficient and reasonable management.
7.制定人力资源年度预算和月度预测并做好成本控制。
Formulate the annual budget and monthly forecast for human resources and do a good job in cost control.
8.制定酒店员工激励、奖励、绩效考核机制,鼓励员工的创造力和创新精神。
Establish an incentive, reward and performance appraisal mechanism for hotel staff to encourage their creativity and innovative spirit.
9.负责人力资源部职能部门的整体日常工作、人员及人才管理及发展。
Be responsible for the overall daily work, personnel and talent management and development of the functional departments of the Human Resources Department.
10.培养人力资源部所有员工专业技能及素养,确保其具备高效工作的技能。
Cultivate the professional skills and qualities of all employees in the Human Resources Department to ensure that they possess the skills for efficient work.
11.建立有效的员工沟通和反馈渠道,营造开放式沟通企业氛围。
Establish effective communication and feedback channels for employees and create an open communication atmosphere within the enterprise.
12.协助并指导部门经理提升对团队人员及绩效管理的能力。
Assist and guide the department manager in enhancing their ability to manage team members and performance.
