9.Operates sales accounts management systems.

11.Handles all incoming telephone and fax enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.

1. Implements all sales action plans related tothe respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

6. Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and otherfacilities and services) for the hotel.

7. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.

8. Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
