The Director of Events is overall responsible for ensuring coordination between the Banquet Sales Department and Front Lines / Back-of-House Departments. He/she directs and drives all activities of the department, with specific responsibilities for ensuring high quality standards delivered by the Team, as well as developing and implementation action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan.

1. Operations for Key Repeat Accounts.

2. Verifies charges and layout of invoice prepared by Accounts Receivable and sends out invoices and Thank You Letters to organization.
核实由应收款项部门开具的发票金额及格式,发送发票和感谢信给客人。
3. Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions.
获得客户反馈并采取行动。
4. Refers leads and sends Events Profiles information to relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO (if any).
将有意向的生意信息发送给相关的姐妹酒店或NSO/ISO(如果有需要)。
5. Ensure highest standards of service and product quality are provided to guests at all times.
确保随时为客人提供高质量的服务和产品。
6. Monitors customers’ feedback and follows through with the necessary action.

7. Updated the Banquet Management Manual when necessary in the Internet, which serves as training manual for new hires.
必要时通过酒店内部网更新宴会管理指南,作为新员工的培训手册。
8. Ensure the up-keeping of the Excellent Service Standards.
保证并维持卓越的服务水平。
9. Develop leads and handle inquiries for social events (eg. Weddings, dinner and etc.). Maximizes up-selling when possible.
发展生意,处理宴会活动的询价(例如婚礼,晚餐等), 尽可能确保收入最大化。
10. Ensure that the information disseminated to the Banquet Sales Team are continuously updated (eg. Banquet inventory list, menus, and beverage).

11. Closely monitors account revenue and business production. Adjusts strategies, procedures or account coverage as needed to achieve the planned goals.
