Handles incoming telephone calls.
2.
处理所有销售经理和销售主任的要求。
Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
3.
维护有效的客户文件管理系统为了更有效地维护所有的会议。
Maintain an efficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
4.
保证所有的旅游行业的销售活动都有效地维护;保证所有的会议预定都是最新和最准确的。
Ensure all travel industry related sales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handled and updated accurately and on a timely basis.
5.
宴请所有重要的客户。
Entertain key accounts when required.
6.
负责协助经理准备报价,合同,宴会编排表,团队资料,建筑平面图,感谢信等。
Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Critique etc.
7.
有效的维持部门的追踪系统。
Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
8.
保持最高的专业度和态度对待客户和同事。
Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
任职要求
Qualifications
1.
至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing.
2.
至少一年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验 。
Minimum 1 years internal hotel experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred but not required)
