1. Responsible for hotel banquet and conference sales work and overall arrangements;

3. Regularly maintain important hotel clients;

4. Achieve the banquet and conference sales targets set by the hotel.

Job requirements
岗位要求
1. College degree or above
大专或以上学历
2. Have experience in hotel sales;
有酒店销售工作经验;
3. Strong communication and expression skills, as well as excellent sales skills;
有较强的沟通表达能力和出色的销售技巧;
4. Having certain customer resources and good customer relationships.

Manages and keeps updated the guest database.

· Follow up market intelligence.

· At any time promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

· Formulate marketing plan annually with the DOSM.

· Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

REQUIREMENT 要求
· Minimum of 5 years Sales management experience
