1、Lead the Housekeeping Department by developing and implementing departmentalobjectives in line with the hotel business objectives.
根据酒店的目标,带领客房部制定和实施部门目标。
2、Supervise housekeeping operations such as cleaning and maintenancewhilst ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, procedures,standards and satisfaction of guests’ needs.
监督清洁、维护等客房部日常运营,同时确保与部门制度、程序、标准和客人满意度相符。
3、Coordinate housekeeping duties with various departments such as FrontDesk, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Food & Beverage to ensure thatall guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained in a timely andefficient manner.
与前台、工程、市场销售和餐饮部协调日常工作,确保所有客房和公共区域都能及时有效地保持清洁和维护。
4、Manage operating equipment inventory such as linen inventory, guestsupplies and cleaning supplies, and order supplies as necessary to meet qualitystandards and hotel business needs.
管理布草、客用品及清洁品在内等运营物资的库存及使用,及时进行适当采购,以确保达到质量标准和运营需求。
5、Sets short term and long term measurable objectives tocontinually improve service levels.
为部门设置时效性不同的、可衡量的标准,以达到提升服务水准的目的。
6、Leads the Housekeeping team to personalize the guest stayexperience.
带领客房部团队为客人提供个性化的入住体验。
岗位描述:
1、To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround serviceareas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard ofroom cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by ourhotel.
管理客房服务员并检查客房及服务区域的卫生,注意从酒店的全局出发并根据要求建立国际化的卫生标准。
2、To check allthe guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
检查所有客房,重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达,以及常住客人的房间卫生。
3、To attend to guest requests and complaints. Takes corrective action.
采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉。
4、 Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to talent.
在任何可能的情况下进行资源循环利用,增强人才的成本控制意识。
5、To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.
