Job Summary:
To provide 5 star hospitality service, maximizing guest’s experience, using Starwood Guest Satisfaction Standards. To ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, in a friendly, competent and professional manner. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player.
Responsible for patrolling and /or maintaining a security post during the shift, ensuring established procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
-Preferred with experience of security in Property Management & Shopping Malls
-Service orientated and good communication skills
-With Good Attitude,willing to learn & develop in Hotel industry
-Military Experience Preferred

岗位职责
· 编制每天及每周的工作计划,并确保是根据当日的生意状况和重要绩效指标进行合理安排。
Prepares daily and weekly work schedules, making sure that they reflect
business needs and other key performance indicators.

分配客房部礼宾专员的工作职责。
Assigns
duties and responsibilities to Hosts-Housekeeping
·
检查客房部礼宾专员已完成的工作。
Checks
on works done by Hosts-Housekeeping
·
报告宾客的建设性反馈意见。
Reports
constructive guest comments.
·
报告并记录丢失和损坏项目。
Reports
and logs lost and damaged items.
·
跟进每天客房实施的深度清洁和预防性维护工作。
Follows up on
daily deep cleaning and
preventive maintenance work for all guest rooms.
· 检查所有公共区域。
Inspect
all Public Areas.
·
检查承包商实施的工作。
Conducts
checks on works carried out by Contractors.
·
与外包公司的主管一起协调和检查其实施的工作,例如洗衣处理等。
Coordinates
with Contractor’s Supervisor to check their work quality, for example laundry handling
etc.

Ensure
the cleanness of event space and bathroom throughout the day

Plans
and schedules periodic works such as, carpet shampooing, and deep cleaning.

standards should be performed where appropriate.
