1、Lead the Housekeeping Department by developing and implementing departmentalobjectives in line with the hotel business objectives.

2、Supervise housekeeping operations such as cleaning and maintenancewhilst ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, procedures,standards and satisfaction of guests’ needs.
监督清洁、维护等客房部日常运营,同时确保与部门制度、程序、标准和客人满意度相符。
3、Coordinate housekeeping duties with various departments such as FrontDesk, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Food & Beverage to ensure thatall guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained in a timely andefficient manner.
与前台、工程、市场销售和餐饮部协调日常工作,确保所有客房和公共区域都能及时有效地保持清洁和维护。
4、Manage operating equipment inventory such as linen inventory, guestsupplies and cleaning supplies, and order supplies as necessary to meet qualitystandards and hotel business needs.

5、Sets short term and long term measurable objectives tocontinually improve service levels.

6、Leads the Housekeeping team to personalize the guest stayexperience.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.

最少两年酒店或高级餐厅的副厨师长或四年主管厨师的工作经验,最好是国际性豪华酒店品牌;有厨房操作或管理资格证书者更佳;必须全面掌握厨房卫生实践及职业健康与安全标准知识;熟练掌握基本的 MS Office 和 菜品配方维护系统者优先。
