JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.At least 2 years working experience in the same position
同岗位工作经验2年以上
2.Experience in F&B department, good F&B knowledge and service awareness
酒店餐饮部相关工作经验,具有良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识
3.Guest relations to host International tourist, good command of English is preferred
接待国际游客,英语基础良好者优先考虑

· Cleaning, checking andmaintaining of dishwashing machines to a good condition and in continualworking order

· Assist the chefs withpreparation and/or general kitchen duties

· Work in accordance with thedaily production schedule

· Ensure a constant andsufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef
or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

1.Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures

2.Replenishes guest supplies
补充客用品。
3.Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met

4.Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
保持设备处于良好的清洁和维护状况。
5.Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
配合主管并负责完成每日分配下来的工作。
6.Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
如拾到遗失物品应立即报告并上交主管。
7.Report guest complaints to superior immediately
如有投诉应立即上报主管。
8.Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
将楼层上的特殊情况向上报主管。
9.Records room status in allocated section accurately
正确的汇报所负责区域的房态。
10.Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders
当需要传送布草或处理洗衣单时须执行传递服务。
