Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Job purpose of Public area supervisor is responsible for managing public area team, supervising the cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the hotel, both interior and exterior, according to established hotel procedures.
根据酒店既定程序,管理公共区域员工团队,监督酒店内外部公共区域卫生的清洁及维护保养。
2.Scheduling his staff and assign daily tasks
员工班次安排及每日工作安排。
3.Providing training to his team in accordance with the training plan
根据培训计划,为其团队员工提供培训。
4.Ensuring the Cleanliness of all levels of the public areas and all equipment
确保所有楼层公共区域以及设施设备的清洁。
