Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

▪ To ensure proper grooming always as per company policy.

▪ To be aware of the company values and objectives such as JDP, MS, and Emp. Survey

▪ Attend daily briefing at the beginning of each shift.

▪ Be fully trained on resort standards and procedures required to carry out daily tasks.

▪ Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies, and equipment as per resort standards.

▪ Clean, replenish, and prepare all guest rooms as per resort standards.

▪ Move and position the cleaning trolley in the corridor as per resort standards, ensuring a safe and hazard-free corridor.

▪ To follow the resort’s key control policy.

▪ Report malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues correctly to Team Leaders as per resort standards.

▪ Report in-room safe issues as per resort standards and policies.

▪ Have a thorough knowledge of the layout of the guest rooms and corridors and all Housekeeping storage spaces with what they hold.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
▪ Previous Hotel experience as Guest Room Attendant would be advantageous.

▪ Communication – Understand Basic English and Speak Fluent Mandarin
