Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
· 在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
· Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
· 在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
· Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
· 监督现金的处理和存放程序。
· Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports

· Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures

· Deal with irregular payments

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

Qualifications –
学历
· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Experience –

· 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
· 2年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具主管经验优先考虑。
岗位职责
To carry out water treatment and water sampling test asper water treatment consultant procedures and instructions.根据程序对锅炉水质进行处理并做好水样测试。
To carry out routine flushing of the water level sightglass as per instruction.根据要求对水位进行目测。
To be familiar with the Emergency procedures and actionto be taken.熟悉紧急程序及必要时所要采取的行动。
To carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastagesuch as steam/water leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction of steamtraps, etc.做一些维修工作,如蒸汽泄漏/漏水,热绝缘体损坏维修,蒸汽阀的故障维修等以确保将能源浪费控制在最小范围内。
To monitor and record the gas or diesel oil consumptionper shift.每班都必须将用气、柴油的消耗量统计登记。
To participate in the annual overhauling of the boilerunit under the supervision of the engineer and assisting in the annualinspection done by the Labour Bureau.在上级工程师的监督下参与锅炉的年度大修,配合劳动局的对锅炉的年检。
To carry out any other duties that may be directed by theDIR of ENG 执行总监可能指派的其他任务。
