Develop and implement laundry Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety operation protocols; regularly maintain washing equipment. 3. Mastery of Chinese culinary techniques, especially Cantonese, Beijing, or Shandong cuisines; extensive Chinese Kitchen management experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong cost control awareness. Strong dish innovation capability and market insight, able to lead Chinese cuisine trends. Age 45 or below, in good health, free from infectious diseases; exceptional candidates may be considered flexibly. Experience in well-known Chinese restaurants or luxury hotel Chinese kitchens preferred. Strong sense of responsibility with strict commitment to Chinese cuisine quality and kitchen hygiene safety.
