【岗位职责】 1、协助店长完成门店日常运营管理工作，包括但不限于业绩提升、收益管理、服务提升、排班安排、员工考勤、物资管理等； 2、负责门店客户接待及投诉处理，维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度； 3、监督并检查门店卫生、安全及服务质量，确保符合公司标准； 4、协助店长进行员工培训及团队建设，提升员工业务能力及服务意识； 5、完成门店销售目标，参与促销活动的策划与执行； 6、定期汇总并分析门店运营数据，提出优化建议； 7、处理门店突发情况，确保运营平稳有序。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的沟通协调能力及服务意识，能够妥善处理客户及员工关系； 2、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力； 3、具备团队合作精神，能够积极配合店长完成各项工作任务； 4、学习能力强，能快速适应酒店行业工作节奏； 5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等），具备基础数据分析能力； 6、有酒店或服务行业相关经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗。

岗位职责： 1、按照餐厅规定做好仪容仪表，精神饱满，保持积极的工作状态，严格执行工作程序、服务程序和卫生要求，为客人提供热情周到的服务； 2、做好餐厅清洁工作，在每次用餐结束后清理台面或餐桌并重新摆台； 3、对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配； 4、做好餐前检查及收尾工作； 5、做好客人用餐服务工作，主动与客人沟通，征询客人意见及评价，遇到客人投诉立即汇报领导解决； 6、完成上级交付的其他工作任务。 岗位要求： 1、中专及以上学历； 2、1年以上酒店餐饮相关工作经验优先； 3、形象好，气质佳，年龄18—30岁，优秀可放宽； 4、端正的工作态度并能承受工作压力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力，有良好的服务意识； 5、身体健康，无不良嗜好。
