【岗位职责】 1、协助店长完成门店日常运营管理工作，包括但不限于业绩提升、收益管理、服务提升、排班安排、员工考勤、物资管理等； 2、负责门店客户接待及投诉处理，维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度； 3、监督并检查门店卫生、安全及服务质量，确保符合公司标准； 4、协助店长进行员工培训及团队建设，提升员工业务能力及服务意识； 5、完成门店销售目标，参与促销活动的策划与执行； 6、定期汇总并分析门店运营数据，提出优化建议； 7、处理门店突发情况，确保运营平稳有序。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的沟通协调能力及服务意识，能够妥善处理客户及员工关系； 2、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力； 3、具备团队合作精神，能够积极配合店长完成各项工作任务； 4、学习能力强，能快速适应酒店行业工作节奏； 5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等），具备基础数据分析能力； 6、有酒店或服务行业相关经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗。

1、负责处理宴会厨房的运作及行政事务。 2、执行总厨下达的各项工作任务和工作指示。 3、负责制订宴会厨房的各种工作计划。 4、对宴会厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任。 5、保持对宴会厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督导，及时解决现场发生的问题，帮助下属提高工作能力。 6、负责宴会厨房食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量，合理地控制食品成本。 7、妥善处理客人对出品的投诉。 8、检查宴会厨房所属各岗位员工的操作规范； 9、保持对员工队伍特别是厨师以上厨房员工的教育和培训，使之能力不断提高。 任职资格。 1、年龄30-40岁，高中以上学历，身体健康、精力充沛，五星级酒店,社会餐饮3年以上厨师长工作经验； 2、京津菜； 3、具有强烈的责任心，勇于开拓和创新，作风干练。 4、拥有较高的烹饪技术，了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量、一般进货价 5、对成本控制管理、食品营养学、厨房的设备知识拥有相当的基础。

Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.  Be familiar with hotel HV/AV System and equipments. Learn and know hotel electrical equipments and facilities.  High school education or equivalent experience. Be of the relevant electrician certificates.
