· To set up and complete the miss en place forlunch/dinner according to schedule & roster

· To prepare and plate menu items accordingly toestablished Four Seasons guidelines and food standards.

· To operate all equipment safely and properly in thekitchen and also ensuring they are kept clean after use

· To read all orders.

· To prepare and present on a timely basis all foods forlunch/dinner service to established standard.

· To handle food and rotate it accordingly to establishedprocedures.

· To make requisition, obtaining proper signature,submit, pick up of all items needed for the day and the next day withassistance of the Sous Chef on duty

· Report to department head immediately of any unsafe andbroken equipment.

What you bring:

·High School degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurantmanagement or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
酒店/餐厅管理或者烹饪艺术专业相关的高中,或者需要同等相关经验
·Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position withFour Seasons or other organization
至少2年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
· Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Teamplayer. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.

· Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverageaspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledgeof the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
