【岗位职责】 1、负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯、消防安全设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养。 2、管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围按要求进行。 3、配合领班制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。 4、保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 5、接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。 6、按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议。 7、配合每月一次的例行消防设备的检测演习，发现问题及时解决。 【岗位要求】 1、初中以上文化程度，经过有关部门培训并具有丰富的实践经验； 2、有无线电设备装配、修理实际工作X年以上经历，熟悉无线电基本原理，熟悉电子线路。对弱电设备、电子器材、通讯广播器材、计算机技术等有广泛的了解； 3、熟悉酒店的弱电设备设施和维修服务工作要求，能熟练地对弱电有关设备设施进行维修、保养； 4、热爱本职工作、勤恳好学，组织纪律性强，文明礼貌； 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1、工作时保持正确的仪表仪容，举止行为要规范，服务用语要符合要求，要严格按程序工作。 2、对客人应礼貌问候，并为客人引路，至总台登记，然后将客人送至客房，将其行李放在行李架上，介绍房内设施，最后有礼貌地道别。 3、对团队行李应严格按程序进行装卸、收取与运送，认真填写各种行李单。 4、保管客人临时寄存的行李。 5、为来访者寻找要找的人，完成客人委托代办事项(如邮件、购物等等)。 6、将各种物件、报纸、邮件按客人和店内部门进行分类，然后按有关程序递送。 7、负责客人留言单的交送。 8、协助客人包裹、行李的搬运。 9、注意大厅内的整洁与安全，发现问题及时反馈至有关部门。 形象要求： 1、温文尔雅，气质佳； 2、举止沉稳优雅，面容和善亲切； 3、注重个人卫生与仪容细节，发型利落、面容清爽； 4、欢迎拥有岁月沉淀的优雅气质或具备从容稳健仪态的人士加入。 岗位要求： 1、初中学历或同等文化程度。 2、具有良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识，反应灵敏。 3、敬业乐业、具有较强的责任心和吃苦耐劳的职业素养。

Responsible to supervise the activities of the floor talent maintain up to standard cleanliness of rooms, corridors and service areas.
