1.Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Perform quality inspections.

4.Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

5.Direct task allocations and change according to volume and peak periods.
依据工作量和高峰期等因素对工作进行分配及变更。

Job Description
Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures
Replenishes guest supplies
Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
Records room status in allocated section accurately
Attends meetings and training sessions as required

Qualification
Primary Education or equivalent
Some housekeeping experience.
