1. Under the direction of the Director of Culinary, the Pastry needs to Perform all Pastry Kitchen & Bakery in the entire Hotel (except Chinese kitchen) and assist the Director of Culinary in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. He assumes total responsibility, controls, and checks and supervises Pastry Kitchen and Bakery as designated by the Director of Culinary. He will assume the responsibility for 'on the job' training function. He needs to be profitability and cost conscious and needs to responsible for the daily market lists.

3. Assist Chief Steward on controlling HOE & OE breakages, and participate on each inventory Exercise spot check at the receiving deck during receiving hours.

4. The Pastry Chef is responsible for the purchase daily market list. In cooperation with the Purchasing Manager, he makes sure we get the best quality for the best price.

5. 10 to 12 years culinary experience within luxury hotel and or restaurant equivalent.
