• Supervisor Front desk operation • Ensure all embarkation preparations are completed in a timely manner • Supervision and training of all Guest Service Agent as required relating to company standard. • Liaise with Ground Operator to ensure smooth operation between the Airport and Cruise Terminal for guests arriving to the ship • Supervision of Embarkation and check-in within the terminal and all communication relating to guests arriving from the airport as per Company Standard Operating Procedures • Complete Time and Attendance work schedule for all Guest Service Agent f, ensuring they meet MLC regulations • Guest Service Manager set hours at the desk to accommodate guest requests or queries • Review new guest manifest each cruise and complete necessary cabin changes, upgrades, etc. and liaising with shoreside for any cabin or guest queries • Supervise Guest Service Agent with the handling of all lost / delayed luggage • Ensure all Embarkation Reports are sent out three days prior to the new cruise • Responsible for timely printing and delivery of all printed materials • Be confident when dealing with Guest complaints • Take charge of Guest medical disembarkations with the support of Port Agents • Be familiar with the ship’s safety and security procedures relating to the Hotel Department in respect of any eventuality • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date manual for completion of responsibilities as laid down in the job description • Maintain control of the Feedback Log, ensuring each Department Head follows up on pending cases and closing them in a timely manner • To constantly operate in the interests of the owner • Perform any other tasks or duties as required or delegated by supervisors
