Education and
Experience

College
diploma or GED;

years’ experience in the Rooms, management operations, or related professional
area.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 关键职责
1.
Assist DOR in
improving the effectiveness of all Admin work.
协助房务部总监提高行政工作的有效性
Assist the Director of Rooms in all matters
协助房务部总监的一切事宜
Assist the Director of Rooms to understand and
know how to anticipate the needs of guests, booking arrangements and
follow up afterwards.
协助房务部总监完成客人的需求,预定的安排,做好跟进工作。
Answer phone calls and faxes, check emails, and
deliver information to relevant departments and colleague accurately and
timely
及时接听电话和传真,和查看邮件,并将信息准确和按时的传递到相关部门和人员。
Choose the right processing to fill the
documents
选择正确的文档处理系统
Review daily work that need to be followed up
每日查看需要跟进的各项事宜。
Arrange daily or monthly meetings and
activities of Rooms department
安排房务部每日或每月各项会议和活动
Update guest satisfaction score monthly,
distribute it to the subordinate departments, and assist the Director of Rooms
do spot check
更新每月的客户满意度分数,分发至房务部各下属部门,并协助房务部总监作好抽查工作。
Update the collection of WOW stories
and praise cards for each employee in each department of Rooms
更新房务部下属各部门每个员工优质服务故事和表扬卡的收集情况
Update daily report of Club Lounge
更新行政酒廊每日报表

Assist in the daily management of all sections under Rooms Department
协助所有房务部下属部门的日常管理

Assisted the department managers to
complete various tasks. Such as: quarterly budget report, weekly duty sheet, etc.
协助房务部各部门经理完成各项工作。如:季度预算报表,每周值勤表等。

Update monthly report for Rooms, such as
P&L,CAPEX
更新部门每月各项报表 如: P & L 报告, CAPEX…
·
Arrange hotel rooms tour for new staff
安排新员工参观酒店房间

Assist to complete the Learning
Management System of related department
协助完成相关房务部门的学习管理系统LMS

Communicate and assist all internal and external
guests
