饼房厨师/Pastry Chef
本岗位关键职责描述/Description of key responsibilities:
协助所有上级的厨师进行厨房日常工作。/ Assist all senior chefs in the day to day operation of the kitchen.
主要工作职责及任务 / Position tasks and responsibilities:
1. 以高标准和一致性对部门内菜单内容进行准备与执行。/Prepare and execute menu items in a section with high levels of consistency and standard.
2. 清洁并保持厨房设备与区域。/Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and premises.
3. 管控部门内库存并做下单补货计划。/monitor stock levels of session and plan for re-supplies ordering
4.熟知部门内厨房产品,注意先进先出,降低食物损耗/ Be familiar with the kitchen products in the session, pay attention to FIFO (first in first out), reduce food cost.
最低学历 / Lowest academic qualifications: 初中
工作经验 /Work experience:拥有至少1年的西式餐饮饼房/烘焙工作经验。/ Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in a western restaurant pastry section.
能力素质要求/Capability requirement:
1. 拥有深刻的烘焙知识和实用技能。/Possess essential pastry knowledge and practical skills.
2. 能够遵循指示并在团队中发挥作用,具有出色的团队合作意识。/Able to follow instructions and function in a team, great sense of teamwork.
3. 能够维系该厨房部门与部门内厨房员工。/able to maintain a section n in the kitchen and all staff members in the section.
4.有积极的工作态度,有愿意自驱地学习和自我提升的意愿。/Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and self-improve.

l 独立负责项目的落实执行,负责上下家的对接工作,跟进项目进度,完成项目执行;
l 及时告知领导项目进度并跟进各个节点,确保项目顺利进行;
l 负责项目款项的催收及支付安排工作,及时跟进并反馈收付款情况;
l 完成领导交办的其他任务。
