Job Summary: As a Senior Technician-Electrical, your main responsibilities include performing maintenance and upkeep of various electrical systems. This encompasses preventive maintenance of electrical facilities, troubleshooting and repairs, maintenance of power supply and distribution equipment and lighting, installation of new electrical facilities and low-voltage systems, adding sockets and switches, pipe bending, and resetting circuit breakers. Additionally, you will inspect the operating status and functional conditions of systems/equipment to ensure stable and normal operation. What You’ll Do: · You should attach great importance to safety and practice it in daily work. · You will ensure the safety and reliability of assets within your responsibility and maintain the quality of stage sets. · For lighting systems: Responsible for the initial installation of lighting equipment and replacement of faulty lighting fixtures. Capable of carrying and using common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to work at heights and perform various maintenance tasks while maintaining a posture with arms raised above the shoulders for extended periods. · Preventative Maintenance - Must have technical electrical competence, able to read and understand detailed instruction, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. Will walk or bicycle, kneel, bend, and climb. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks. This will entail pushing/pulling equipment less than 50 lbs, lifting tools and equipment less than 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders while grasping parts and tools. Job Summary: The Chef de Partie will be responsible for delivering unforgettable dining experiences by leading the efficient day-to-day operation of designated section in the kitchen, in full compliance with SHDR Food and Beverage standards. You will oversee the designated section in the kitchen to ensure all food items are prepared to the standards of flavor and presentation. You will also ensure safe, courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service creating a magical dining experience for all guests at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef of the Kitchen. What You’ll Do: · Deliver professional and personalized service to customers in a timely and effective manner, promptly report and escalate any unresolved issues or complex guest complaints to management for swift resolution. · Organizes and sets up the designated section as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximize productivity. · Ensure all dishes produced in the designated section are prepared in strict accordance with approved recipes and standards. · Monitors food and operating costs and controls these by reducing waste. · Ensures the hygiene standards for kitchen are being met. · Ensures that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage. · Ensures that the designated section in the kitchen CMs are fully conversant with Employee Handbook and Operational Guidelines. · Assistance may be provided in any section of the kitchen as requested by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef. · Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the company’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety. · In accordance with company guidelines, respond to operational needs, adapt to changes, and perform any other reasonable tasks and additional duties as assigned by management. What To Bring: · Proficient in Asian and International Cuisine with minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant, preferably with experience in luxury international brands or high-end restaurants. · Qualification in kitchen production or culinary will be an advantage. · Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. · Basic computer skills in MS Office. · Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills, excellent Chinese written expression abilities and basic English skills · Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Sales Manager, Youth Program   Line of Business: Sales Location: Shanghai, China   Job Summary: As Sales Manager, Youth Program, you are required to develop school business, provide strategy plan and managing the business relationship with schools and travel trade partners. You are responsible to penetrate school market by driving customer engagement and tracking sales performance, and driving sales by exploring new market opportunities to achieve desired business results. You are also accountable to lead the team to execute existing or new programs.   Key Responsibilities:   · You need ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;  · You need establishing strategies and plans for youth program, translates strategy into specific priorities, objectives and action plans;  · You need planning and execution of new program launch, develop specific mechanisms and go-live plans; · You need seek and identify business opportunities, collaborate with other departments to design product offerings or promotions based on youth program positioning.   · You need to collect relevant data as required, and monitoring the market trend to capture business opportunity, lead follow-up performance tracking and analysis;  · You need work closely with business partners to execute the business plan, manage and guide youth trade partners in day-to-day operation;   · You need proactively look for new business opportunities to produce desired outcomes;  · You need ensure efficient internal and external communication, manages the needs of diverse stakeholders;  · You need leverage synergy opportunities across functions and businesses, facilitate win-win situations by effective collaboration;   · You need be responsible for special projects and assignments as needed; deliver timely, high quality work by project management;   · You need maintain a keen understanding of the latest school business insights, stay ahead of market trends in education industry and identify new opportunities through collaboration with schools or travel trade partners;  · Familiar with school travel behavior and the ability to translate such insights into an effective sales model.
