Job Summary: As a Senior Technician-Electrical, your main responsibilities include performing maintenance and upkeep of various electrical systems. 岗位职责 1、销售计划 ——参与酒店及其他文旅板块销售计划的执行和发展。 2、确定消息的来源，使酒店及文旅板块的生意取得最好效益。 3、发展酒店的客户和他们建立良好的关系。 4、维持团队和散客的正确预测，确定销售在特定时期的销售重点。 5、建立计划和指导，使团队和散客努力达到计划的目标，并发展和建立良好的客户群。 6、监管销售的产值并且调整销售的行动，争取完成计划的目标。 7、与会展公司，航空公司，旅行社等建立良好的联系。

【岗位职责】 1、深入了解业务，对平台酒店大数据进行分析，寻找潜在的收益机会，并实现新增收益。 2、负责监测、分析、挖掘平台经营和销售业务数据，并定期形成分析报告，帮助决策层及时准确了解经营状况 3、对数据进行监控、分析，建立日常监控和预警机制，提供决策支持。 4、负责外部信息采集，熟悉各项目上下游产业，就行业发展趋势、竞争对手进行分析研究，为公司经营决策提供参考 5、基于对用户数据的分析及用户行为的深入理解，结合业务，建立数据挖掘、优化线上的价格和促销以及相关收益产品。 6、负责平台酒店各项目产品的收益风险管理，保证收益目标的实现。 【岗位要求】 1、5年以上数据分析/收益管理工作经验，国际联号酒店项目经验优先； 2、英语口语及书面表达能力优秀，英语可作为工作语言； 3、具备较强的经营分析能力，熟练掌握数据挖掘与经营分析的相关知识，精通多种数据分析工具； 4、具备战略眼光，能从宏观角度制定收益管理战略，与公司整体战略相契合。

岗位职责： 1、负责微信公众号、抖音号等自媒体的平台日常运营和维护工作，为公司整体品牌传播和营销服务，提高用户的关注度和粘性； 2、吸收掌握并实时更新公司的产品、技术、文化及其他有价值的知识，结合时下的热点，把其转化成针对不同用户实时调整和更新微信、小视频等推广内容，并利用不同的方式传播； 3、制定并实施清晰的用户互动策略，增加粉丝数量，粉丝活跃度和忠诚度； 4、跟踪新媒体平台推广效果，分析数据并反馈，总结经验，建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度，增加粉丝量。 5、负责官方小程序、抖音直播带货、官方商城、微信社群、直销渠道的运营，承担销售业绩。 任职条件： 1、大专及以上学历，传媒、新闻、广告、互联网等相关专业，有3年以上新媒体相关的工作经验； 2、热爱新媒体运营，具有较强的运营管理、专题策划、信息采编整合能力； 3、 良好团队合作精神，较强的执行力及责任心，独立思考能力 ，观察力和应变能力； 4、有酒店或景区新媒体运营经验者优先，具备度假型文旅项目运营能力者优先。
