一、岗位职责 Key Responsibilities
1. 游艇展整体策划与执行
负责深圳湾游艇会旗下游艇展/海洋生活方式展全案策划,包括主题定位、展区规划、论坛、开幕仪式、品鉴晚宴、海上试乘试驾等核心环节,从方案、预算、招商、报批到现场落地、复盘闭环。
2. 品牌与高端调性把控
紧扣游艇会高端圈层、滨海奢享、海洋文化定位,把控展会视觉、流程、服务与嘉宾体验,打造湾区海洋文化展品牌。
3. 招商与合作资源拓展
对接游艇品牌、高端汽车、珠宝腕表、私人银行、豪宅、航空等高端跨界海洋生活方式品牌,洽谈展位合作、赞助、联名活动,拓展并维护优质品牌资源。
4. 嘉宾与VIP接待统筹
负责会员、高端嘉宾、VIC客户、媒体、品牌方的邀请与接待方案,设计专属礼遇、私享环节,提升到场率与满意度。
5. 供应商与现场管理
管理搭建、灯光音响、演艺、礼仪、安保、海事、码头等多方供应商,把控进度、成本与质量;展会现场总控,处理突发情况,确保安全有序。
6. 宣传与流量运营
配合市场团队完成展会预热、媒体宣发、KOL探店、直播、社群运营,提升展会曝光、票务/邀约转化及行业影响力。
7. 数据复盘与迭代
展会结束后完成数据统计、效果复盘、成本收益分析,输出报告并优化后续展会体系。
二、任职要求 Qualifications
1. 会展、营销、广告、旅游管理、航海相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上大型展会/高端活动/游艇/奢品/酒店/文旅项目策划执行经验,有游艇展、车展、房展、高端峰会经验优先。
3. 熟悉展会流程:招商、布展、现场管理、海事/码头/安保/消防报批优先。
4. 具备高端品牌资源、较强商务洽谈与资源整合能力,审美高级。
5. 极强抗压能力、多项目并行能力,能接受展会期间高强度工作。
6. 熟练使用PPT、Excel,具备优秀方案撰写与提案能力。
Job Description
Event Manager • Shenzhen Bay Yacht Club – Yacht Show
Key Responsibilities
• Full-cycle planning and execution of the Shenzhen Bay marina Club nautical/ boat Show, including theme, layout, opening ceremony, forums, private dinners, sea trials, VIC experiences and supporting activities.
• Maintain the high-end positioning of the yacht club, ensuring the exhibition matches luxury marine lifestyle and high-net-worth client experience.
• Develop and negotiate sponsorship & exhibition cooperation with luxury brands: yachting, automotive, watch & jewelry, private banking, real estate, aviation, etc.
• Plan VIC & guest invitation, reception and exclusive experience to enhance attendance and satisfaction.
• Manage vendors, construction, AV, etiquette, security, marine and dock operations; control budget, timeline and quality.
• Support pre-event promotion, media coverage, KOL collaboration and live streaming to boost influence and traffic.
• Complete post-event data analysis, ROI review and summary report for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in high-end events, exhibitions, luxury, yacht, hospitality or lifestyle projects.
• Familiar with exhibition operations: sponsorship, booth sales, on-site management, venue and government approval.
• Strong business development, negotiation and resource integration skills; high aesthetic sense.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in PPT, Excel and event proposal development.
